  : This proved to be the most astonishingly dreadful experience my family and I have ever had to endure! Upon our arrival at around 1 pm, not a single staff member was in sight. Despite our receipt indicating a check-in time after 2:00 pm, the young lady in charge didn't return from the store until well after 3:30 pm. We made an attempt to secure a refund through booking.com, but to no avail, even though we promptly left the premises upon encountering the strong smell of drugs and the sight of foil. The front lobby was securely locked, and the only means of communication was through a glass barrier, behind which no one could be found, despite repeated phone calls. We eventually decided to check around to the back entrance, where we were confronted by drug users, passing by the entrance we discovered that the hotel was in a state of ongoing construction, as informed by the other guests and that it's mainly for homeless and drug users. We decided to leave immediately, NEVER entering the building at all and ask for a refund by were denied! Next step Legal Actions!

  : The location is in a very good spot.,ts close to everything..
  : The room was gross .When we arrived the sheets had stains on them .We requested clean sheets and the lady at the front desk stated that she didnt have access to get us clean sheets,and the room smells horrible. We purchased our own sheets , air freshener and cleaning supplies to be able to stay in the room.They only cleaned the room once while we were there.If you dont mind either bring or buy more suppliesto make your stay manageable the yes this location serves its purpose some where to stay.

  : I didn't see the housekeeper because nobody was clean and changed our room for 3 days. We have only two towels, two face towels and two hand towels. I'm glad we brought body soap, shampoo and conditioner because we have one tiny shampoo and conditioner and three tiny soaps. They don't have pastries and coffee like before
